Welcome to the Negative Image Scooter Club: Rochester, New York's largest community-run scooter interest club.
NISC is hosting its Fifth Rally; “PLEAD THE FIFTH”, What happens in the orchard, stays in the orchard! Please join us on Friday August 10 thru August 12 in the orchard at Kellys Apple Farm (611 Old Wilder Rd Hilton NY 14468) for another great Scooter and Moped Rally. Early Registration for the Rally will start by the end of March and will include; Live music (2 Bands), Sat. night dinner and Sunday breakfast, camping, and lots of excitement around the fire.
